  Never received my products and they still don't give me a refund. I ordered some trackr devices in October 2016. Estimated delivery time was "up to three weeks" (the estimated delivery time was first shown after the purchase has been made). My first contact with the "support" was 5 weeks later. After three months I still hadn't received anything. So I asked for my money back. They were apologizing and telling me that the products will arrive shortly and that they will include a waterproof case. (Great, a waterproof case for waiting over three months!). Now it's June and I still didn't get my money back or received the products. They are telling me that they will include another waterproof case (that's awesome. Seems like for every three months you wait, you get a waterproof case). But obviously I don't want their product anymore. I want my $150 back. For 7 months now.
  I can't believe this company still exists.
